What Drives Me
My name is Simon Heng, and I am the Co-Founder of Em-Kat. When I began this agency in 2020, I wanted it to be more about giving people of all background the opportunity to provide for their families. I have always been a person that gives back to the community, and this was an opportunity that I could not pass up. I have never been so excited to wake up each and every day and get to work. Now of course this is not possible if it were not for the great businesses in the area. I am grateful that my business partners are trusting me with their staffing needs.
I strive to be the best agency and I want to do that by delivering each and every time my partners need me. I work around the clock to build my pipeline of great people and I accomplish that through trust and loyalty. My Family
We are a passionate family-owned business that is dedicated in providing staffing services with a focus in medical device, pharmaceutical, life science and agricultural workforce. We started EM-KAT to honor our daughters Emily and Katherine. Family is everything to us and we want you to feel the same way. Our passion for people is what drives us, and we would like to build our company name by providing the best services to our customers.

Born in Cambodia
Cambodia has a land area of 181,035 square kilometers in the southwestern part of the Indochina peninsula, about 20 percent of which is used for agriculture. It lies completely within the tropics with its southern most points slightly more than 10° above the Equator. The country capital city is Phnom Penh. International borders are shared with Thailand and the Lao People’s Democratic Republic on the West and the North, and the Social Republic of Viet Nam on the East and the Southeast. The country is bounded on the Southeast by the Gulf of Thailand.
Our Country Flag
The two colors represent the bravery of the nation, liberty, cooperation and brotherhood. The flag also features a depiction of the Angkor Wat, which symbolizes justice, heritage and integrity. Combined, these elements also represent the nation's religion, the king, and its people.
